Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
Offerdashpoint and its affiliates, agents, contractors and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to service or site use is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Consumer remedies (Ontario)
Consumer rights under provincial consumer protection statutes and federal law are preserved. Nothing in these Terms restricts non-waivable statutory rights.

Consumer rights, refunds & warranties
Warranty terms are provided with each service agreement. Typical warranties cover workmanship for a limited period; surface wear and misuse are excluded.
Refunds for pre-paid services are handled case-by-case; customers should contact support for assessment.
For warranty or refund requests, keep the service invoice and photos of the issue to speed resolution.
